The Ibero-American Commission on Human Rights for the Development of the Americas (CIDHPDA), through its Commissioner President for Latin America and the Caribbean, Víctor Hugo Gutiérrez Yáñez, warned that the interference in the designation of spaces for the representation of deputies gives the ruling party the possibility of obtaining 75% of the representation in order to change the POLITICAL CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED MEXICAN STATES. In this way, the 11 ministers of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation will be disregarded in order to impose an economic, political and social model through autocratic thinking.
At Monday's conference, the head of the Ministry of the Interior gave a report on the results of the June 2 elections, announcing that the coalition “Sigamos Haciendo Historia” could obtain 372 seats in the Chamber of Deputies and 83 in the Senate; that is to say, it would be one seat away from obtaining a qualified majority.
Gutiérrez Yáñez added that these results show an abuse of power, where dialogue, consensus and citizen participation are not being taken into account. Likewise, they throw overboard the elements for the construction of a democratic country, since INE's autonomous work has been exceeded by the declarations of Luisa María Alcalde as the person responsible for the Governance of the Mexican State.
We alert the international community that Mexico is undergoing a transition with a democracy in which the division of powers will take a back seat, in order to impose a current of thought in the political and social model, in the overrepresentation and simulation of political parties. This is the case of the PARTIDO VERDE ECOLOGISTA DE MÉXICO, where its participation has served as a wild card for the political purposes of all political currents, violating the human rights and political rights of all Mexicans.
The President Commissioner of the CIDHPDA considered as necessary that the strength of the MEXICAN ELECTORAL INSTITUTE (INE) must come to the surface to find peace and social balance for all Mexicans.
